Delivery Policy:

Shipping Costs We offer flat-rate shipping to customers in the Netherlands and outside of the Netherlands. The postage costs in the Netherlands are €6,75 per order, and outside the Netherlands, it's €8,65 per order.

Shipping Times We process and ship orders within one to two business days of receiving payment. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. In the Netherlands, delivery usually takes one to two business days, and outside the Netherlands, delivery usually takes three to five business days.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order online.

Return Policy:

Returns & Exchanges If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and hygienic protection intact.

Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us and choose the Return & Delivery option. Enter your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Exchange If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and choose the Return & Delivery option with your order number and the item you would like to exchange it for. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Do not wring or twist your swimsuit, as this can damage the fabric and cause it to lose its shape. Instead, gently press the water out with a clean towel or let it dry.

4. Avoid leaving your swimsuit in direct sunlight for extended periods of time, as this can cause the colors to fade and the fabric to become brittle.

5. Do not iron or dry clean your swimsuit.

6. Store your swimsuit in a cool, dry place and avoid folding or crushing it, as this can damage the fabric and cause creases.
