Sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange!

WHAT ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them. Hygiene seal must be in remaining place. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. Items must be returned within 14 days.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR A RETURN?
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. You can go to your local postoffice to return the package.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. We only accept returns if there is an official return form added to your package. We do not accept any other self created return forms.
Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
If you have received a damaged item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the imperfections so we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We don’t exchange products due to limited stock. If you want to exchange an item due to size or colour please return the items you don’t want and order the right desired items.
We offer flat-rate shipping to customers in the Netherlands and outside of the Netherlands. The postage costs in the Netherlands are €6,75 per order, and outside the Netherlands you pay a different amount per country.
We process and ship orders within one to two business days of receiving payment. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. In the Netherlands, delivery usually takes one to two business days, and outside the Netherlands, delivery usually takes three to five business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your order online.
